The build
We connected the new careers website with the systems that support Aman’s recruitment work, each with its own role.
Their HR recruiting system supplies the job listings, search, filters, and applications. CRM workflows support the recruitment team. Amy, Aman’s AI career-support agent, guides candidates on the same website, so the path from guidance to the right roles stays in one integrated place.
The outcome
A cohesive careers platform that puts Aman’s recruitment activity front and centre. Job discovery, AI-assisted matching, and applications feel like parts of one experience, backed by the systems the recruitment team already uses.
The website brings a polished public experience and connected operations together, with room for the team to keep developing its careers content and campaigns.
